Kearny Villa san diego

When it comes to adaptive reuse, Colkitt is fluent in what to keep and add. The original bones of this 1970s office building were completely stripped back, and reimagined from the outside in. A new dialogue of form and materiality was created throughout with high-performance mirrored glass emphasizing the geometric exterior atop a black slate and black mirrored glass base. Meanwhile, hundreds of LEDs were strategically concealed under the fascia to achieve a floating effect.
